Privacy and data use

FeedMe stores restaurant details, transparency fields, menu content, community submissions, moderation records, and optional submitter email addresses. Restaurant owners also provide an email address when signing in or requesting access to a venue.

Submission content and evidence are reviewed to assess factual updates. Optional contact details are used only for moderation follow-up, support, or account access and are not displayed publicly.

Evidence files are not automatically public. Approved restaurant photos may be published with a listing, while private evidence remains restricted to authorized moderation workflows.

You can browse public listings without creating an account. You can contact support to ask about personal data connected to a submission or restaurant-owner account and request correction or deletion where applicable.
